Lucid-MS (Lucid-21-302) is a patented new chemical entity being developed for multiple sclerosis. Preclinical studies demonstrated the compound’s ability to inhibit myelin degradation, preserve myelin and support functional recovery without suppressing the immune system.
Quantum BioPharma has completed Phase 1 single-ascending-dose and multiple-ascending-dose studies in healthy volunteers, evaluating the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic profile of Lucid-MS.

Quantum BioPharma spun out the consumer rights to unbuzzd™, an alcohol-recovery beverage, into Unbuzzd Wellness Inc. The company retains a 19.84% ownership interest, a 7% royalty on sales until cumulative royalty payments reach $250 million, and a 3% royalty in perpetuity thereafter. Quantum BioPharma also retains full rights to develop related pharmaceutical and medical formulations.
